不知道为什么，前台服务员态度好冷漠，一点不热情，8月2号早上的服务员，一点没感觉到服务的态度，客人有问题，无论能否解决，都应该有个积极的态度，最基本的素质。感觉被冷漠无视了。桑心中…… 客人多可能无所谓了。

酒店没毛病，开发票太扯淡了。宾馆不给开也就罢了，网站开还让自己下载，而且用红包付的钱居然不给开发票。这是我自己的钱，我出差用，你不给我开发票，我用自己钱办公家事了。真差劲。

真的无言以对 住过那么多酒店 这是最让我失望的一次 真的对不起这个价钱 不说多贵 也不说多便宜 前台有一个姑娘服务态度和房间的地毯 无力吐槽了 第一次差评给了你们家酒店 以后愿你们能提升一下水准吧
