（1）停车方便，楼下及附近吃饭地方多br（2）过年时比较冷清，早饭是送一盘饺子，咸菜及鸡蛋。br（3）我住的那个房间的卫生间洗完澡下水不畅。br（4）比较安静，过年的缘故。亲戚家在胜利小区，3分钟就走到了。
