酒店楼层服务还可以，总台服务态度好差，开张发票也不按照艺龙网价开，客服艺龙后才肯开票，建议大家别住了，无线网不好，艺龙有这样的酒店真是影响形象

性价比很高！暖气太热！住两天，第一天遇到个没素质的隔壁，半夜一点钟被说话声吵醒，过去提醒还是照说不误，太没有素质了！俩男的非大半夜说个没完没了。隔音不好，每个酒店都差不多，主要是晦气碰到这样的隔壁。建议酒店以后建立客户评价体系，让这些无良住户住不到店。
