對於這家酒店的服務員的態度非常的不滿，無視您的要求及愛理不理的服務態度。當時也目睹了其他顧客與總台服務員的爭論及服務員常說的一句～我不知道。。，您就等等的話。此外，房內沒空調，詢問時說今晚只有自然風而已。。。， 負責管理行李的服務員的態度太差勁了。我不會選擇入住這酒店了！

房间还是大，卫生也不错，就是总台只有一人办理手续，时间等的久，办事效率不行。望有待提高。酒店早餐不行。
