酒店在郊区，临近高速公路。外观看上比较气派，但是里面一塌糊涂！一塌糊涂！一塌糊涂！
1、入住的时候跟我说没收到携程订单，要求现付。在我的要求跟携程对质下，查找确认说有此订单。
2、我要求安排非一楼的房间，前台跟我说一楼的住宿体验比较好，明显就是不想把好房间给散客。
3、房间浴室内没有一样设备是好的。
4、没有热水洗澡！没有热水洗澡！没有热水洗澡！
5、房间很久没有打扫过，桌上都是灰，一次性拖鞋没有。
6、半夜有蚊虫，联系前台索要驱蚊设备，居然给了我两个盘香！
退房时跟前台反应，前台冷谈至极：我们会跟领导反馈此问题！
一个省会城市的四星级酒店做成这样，真的没见过！

这酒店很好啊，可惜生意没做好，住客寥寥，今天似乎只有很少的人住，尤其是像我们这样的散客，住在这里感觉很好。希望加强营销，充分发挥酒店优势，使运转走向良性循环。

酒店设施陈旧，屋里非常昏暗。偌大的酒店没住几个人，服务员倒是态度很好，酒店餐厅的饭菜质量也不错，顺路过来住住还可以吧

旁边空旷环境比较好，而且内部还是挺豪华的，虽然设备不扎滴，房间电视、马桶之类有些老旧了，建议换一换
