服务还可以，服务员勤快且态度很好。早餐还好，就是签单较麻烦。豪华单间内部设施一般，卫生还可以。电话骚扰较多，令人不爽。外部环境稍差，出门下台阶就是马路，而且几乎没有绿化。总体来说，性价比不错。

该酒店的服务和设施基本符合3星的标准，地理位置也很好，周围吃饭的地方很多，高中低档都有，可以满足不同的需要。我认为的最好的地方是酒店提供的免费上网，非常爽，只要交500元押金在前台租一个“电力猫”，速度暴快，一个字爽！不足的地方就是没有免费早餐。

草原明珠大酒店在呼和浩特市三星级酒店来相比，还是很不错的，不管其它，服务是我住酒店以来，服务最好的一家，整体感觉都很不错。

我是在10月11日入住该酒店的，酒店的地理位置不错，环境也不错，服务质量说实话一般，一份早餐订了三次才拿到手上，实事求是的讲，我在酒店的床上发现了黑颜色的虫子，后经辨认是璋螂。呵呵，我们干扰不了动物的生活，但是——至少不应该出现在明显的位置吧。
