其他不说，就说退房，柜台前只有你在那儿退房要赶火车，她带搭不理，说查房让你等着，十分钟后，老外和女友冲过来也要退房赶火车，她立马就退押金，根本没有查房一说，老外和女友走后，你依然还在等，你催她不急，终于查完房，退押金你还要签字…差点误了火车……请问贵店，花一样的钱为什么两样对待？如果只向老外开放，就在店外标示清楚，我也可以有其他选择，何苦为难顾客！这几次体验太差了，灯不亮，突然停热水……我的选择是再也不会光顾
