服务太垃圾，前台不给解决问题就算了，还挂我电话，而且晚上8点就不能借吹风机了，理由是服务员下班了？？？一到晚上就只有一个啥也不管的前台和一个门卫，这管理也太老旧了，空调遥控器坏了，屋里没暖气，让我挺着……
