内蒙古新城宾馆酒店，完全模仿按照北京国宾馆构造以及功能设计建造的，酒店的硬件设备设施都是很好的，卫生整洁，零食小吃以及水果都有，床上用品也都比较上档次，整体给我的印象不错，但是软件上还是有待提高，比如服务员见到客人不打招呼，这是五星级酒店最大的不足！

內蒙古新城賓館還是真是不錯的，尤其是服務非常好，從大廳到客房服務，下次還會入住。非常安靜的行程賓館，是園林賓館系列。

园林式酒店室外的环境让人满意，闹中取静。房间干净，设施陈旧些，几十年的老牌五星级酒店可以理解。我尤其想说的是服务人员的服务意识，别的不说，单纯的见到客人连一句你好的没有，打扫卫生阿姨喂喂喂叫我。我住过很多五星以及超五星酒店，不管哪一家，所有的工作人员见到客人永远是“您好”。或者你们主要的盈利点在政府的接待，不在于社会散客，如果是这样你们当然有骄傲的资本
