太火了，昨天预定的3个标间保留到18点，17点30给酒店打电话说要晚半小时，酒店同意。结果18点30到了，告诉我没留房，最后给我分三个楼层，一个标间两个大床房。我们这可是一家子出游，被酒店就这么给分开了
