太差劲了，酒店将坏房卖给艺龙客户！！！炎炎夏日没有空调，值班经理睁眼说瞎话，可以给客人道歉，不给任何补偿，拒绝道歉，以后绝不再住，像没见过钱似地，丢内蒙人民的脸。。。酒店提供的房间是坏的，酒店没有诚意，从9点多要求换房间，结果到夜里12点才告知可以换房，此酒店对艺龙客户没有诚意，酒店把空调坏的房间还卖给客人，属欺诈行为！酒店至今跟客户没有任何沟通和联系，希望艺龙规范合作酒店行为！
