一切都挺好的，就是半夜三更电话总是响怪吓人的。服务态度其他人挺好，就是有个女的退房时直接把押金摔在柜台，搞得客人欠她的钱一样，大清早感觉特别恼火，希望负责人把前台的服务培训好，客人是来住店不是受气！

太差了，连个饮水机都没有，我喝了四瓶矿泉水，扣了我40多块钱。柜台服务态度太差了，118的房间还不如我住50的标间。
