优点：老板很热情，态度非常好；价格低廉；离海滩很近，过马路步行过去；对面停车场可以停车，停车费报销。缺点：没有电梯，老人比较累；服务员虽态度好，但是电视剧不能看是事实；房间实际上和图片相差甚远，一般招待所略差水平。上传照片：前两张携程图片，后两张真实照片。

平时人不多很安静，前台态度相当好~房间干净，景色很好，离沙滩步行5分钟左右就到很方便~离美食街也很近，很推荐，下次来玩还会来住~
