公寓的硬件不错，就是配套不足，双床只有1。2m,太小了，被子盖得有点不舒服，我想因为是公寓，所以管理方面不如正规酒店，不太建议以这个价格入住，性价比太低。

在万科的楼盘里面，但位置不太好找，酒店的相关指引也不够明确。我们去那天地下停车场污水横流，让人感觉不太好。然后我们入住的房间居然还堆放着一大包之前换下来的床单没及时清理，一直到我们退房都在，酒店服务根本形同虚设。如果这样出租屋形式的房真不值得这个价钱。反正下次不会再住这种公寓，让人感觉好不卫生，而且觉得纯粹酒店会服务好很多。

这种公寓式的缺点就是不能点餐。特点是可以自己带着工具来这里做，当然是靠电的。收拾的算比较干净，房间的摇椅挺有意思，如果来还会考虑入住。
