服务非常差一家酒店：首先，前台小妹一点都不专业，连自己哪个楼层是什么户型的房间都不清楚，订的一房一厅给房卡却是标准双人间的房卡，来回折腾40分钟（酒店办理入住离房间步行10分钟，打了10多通电话不接，还得你自己过去换房卡）；其次，所谓的海景房根本就看不见海，因为一房一厅位置在6楼，楼层最高10层，周边的房子都比它高，这属于欺诈行为（看参照我站在阳台拍的3张图片）；最后，办理入住时还得自己缴停车费15元，也就是说入住酒店还得自己缴停车费！

首先我们订的上面写这是海景房，可到哪里一看，基本可以说看山比看海多，然后房间应该是很久没人住过了，地板一层灰，脱鞋一踩，脚板就黑了，然后就是WiFi，连不上，打了两次电话过去，等到七点多都不见人来，就没等了，出去吃饭了。也没给我们一个电话说明情况，还有一些东西也不完善，连个梳子也没，还有牙刷也只有一份，只能说这钱花的不值，还不如住个园景房

环境还好，但实际与酒店的管理不一样，还带我去别的地方住，这根本就是像与出租房合作的感觉，艺龙也不怎么样，返现一层又一层，十分烦
