酒店服务有点坑，住店的时候就跟他说最好能先把发票开出来，他说离店的时候就可以拿到，后面离店的时候又说开不了要等邮寄，发票还等了两个星期才到，住两天都是没有人去打扫卫生的。之前还说快递费是寄付都是骗人的。

入住的设施真的是我的天，就是个摆设，基础配置电视有，但看不了欠费，wifi有些房有（但使用不了，网络欠费），有些房压根没有wifi一夜回到解放前。其它的入住房间內部还是可以的，十里银滩海滩脏，水质浊到不行沒有下次度假的可能，周边一带吃饭不便宜，且海鲜单一不值。

和浪淘沙是一个，属小区楼要打电话来接，否则进不去，大晚上看着多人拎着大小包，带小孩，在门口等（里面有不同名称的酒店公寓），很烦麻；地方难找，办理往后在那迷宫似的一层柱子里，黑灯瞎火的找半天才找到6单元入口，上楼后大部分地方黑漆黑的，感觉渗人，房间很大，感觉很冷，床上塑料皮没撕，垫子也不行，铺的也薄，感觉很不舒服，别的还行。小区大，人多乱，十里银滩真不怎样。

一开始出了点小问题，房子装修好差，没搞卫生，后来换了一间，装修很棒又干净的，孩子们很开心
