帮朋友订的，说是新开，其实建好很久，是以公寓反租的模式给别人管理。这种模式管理很乱，人来人往也很杂。地理位置是很理想，去海边又近，周围又很多吃的，但都贵得很，没办法，除非你自己带电磁炉买海鲜白灼或清蒸。不划算，自己就在沿海地区，去到巽寮湾海鲜价格翻倍，心里非常不舒服。以后都不会去了。房间卫生很差，地上瓷砖缝隙都是黑黑的，装修也很差，那么好的位置，真的浪费了。
