前台服务态度恶劣，业务不熟练，没一点笑脸，清洁服务员搞不清房间有没有人，竟然破门而入还弄坏人门框，卫生还可以就房间太小

没早餐，但是斜对面一家早餐还不错，带孩子还行，酒店位置就在大路边，很好找，门口大概6个停车位，酒店后面有停车场，是不是酒店的就不知道了。

特价房没有说明房间里面有柱子，后来价钱换房，又搞错一间房，给了小床，服务太不给力了
