周边环境不错，但老装修、空调不受控制温度过低还蚊子肆虐、与同性价的君豪酒店想去甚远，如果君豪有房则不建议入住。

酒店位置很好，就在西湖东大门旁边。但酒店设施实在太陈旧了，都是三层小楼，面积很小，跟八十年代的招待所差不多。停车场进出无需门卡，感觉很不安全。本来订的是望湖楼的280元的双人间，但那两个房间都在一楼，门前是服务台，窗外是荒地，根本无法住。立马要求更换，但所有房间都这样差。都不知这个四星是如何评上的。
