网上交押金，在酒店同样交多一次押金，双重收。房间洗手间滴水，要求换房，故意换了一间更加差的房间，服务态度不好，忽悠人。最重要，我网上预订310元，结果实际给钱338元，根本没优惠，感觉给这间黑店给骗了。当时看好评才选这件，但去体验之后，估计上面是刷出来的，。

设施总体不错。标间两个床垫合在一起，睡三个人一点问题没有。晚上安静，白天施工比较吵。灯光够亮。有免费WIFI。就是洗澡排水有些堵塞，排水慢。早餐一碗粉马马虎虎，没票要10元一碗较贵。

感觉挺高档的民居，好像是一间企业的扩展，房间的卫生差了一点发现有瓜子壳和指甲，叫服务员过来半天都没人来。另外隔音不好，上面的冲厕所的水声都听得到，但房间还是挺大的！清明长假入住还是挺混乱的，离罗浮山的入口还是挺近的！
