是替客户订的房间。客户反馈刚刚住进去沙发上就有一双男生穿过的袜子！给服务人员打电话处理速度也是极慢！

酒店本身不错，28号晚入住时的男前台态度很好，加上酒店装修环境都不错才决续住。30号上午退房时女前台服务态度太差，影响了整个行程对酒店的印象，同时29号晚下楼取外卖的时候关注到酒店前台女对外卖人员态度恶劣，严厉并非常不耐烦告知其把外卖放在另一前台桌子上，建议招聘前台人员的时候多关注服务态度素养，毕竟直接接触客户。
