1 口杯里有牙膏迹，证明没更换口杯。
2 浴室里面没有地巾或者防滑垫。冲凉房门关不严，导致冲凉房地上长期有水。我家小孩在里面摔了个四仰八叉哭了好久！
3 亲子房没有为小孩准备的喝水杯，拖鞋也只有一个小尺寸。
4 亲子房放了1.2米小床和1.8米大床后顶住衣柜门开不了，等于没有衣柜。一家子的脏衣服没地方放。
5 跟着酒店路标是不能下去沙滩的。而且酒店沙滩是近码头而不是游泳区。沙滩质量是海公园好于海世界好于码头。
6 再次投诉艺龙的酒店信息。酒店的游泳池根本没启用！健身室说有我没找到。看到的朋友可以拍个照给我看看。
7 冰雪世界里面还挺好看的，就是租衣服要30一件而且长度刚过膝盖。久了还是挺冷的。

酒店离沙滩挺近的，走1百来米就到。可惜旁边是工地有点煞风景。沙滩沙挺幼的就是垃圾较多点。总体来说还是不错公司50几人玩的很开心。早餐能改善一下增加多点品种就更好了。

酒店卫生一般，刚进入房间的时候还在床上发现毛发，酒店阳台可以，不过阳台没有晾衣服的地方，只能在淋雨间晾衣服，不方便。价格还贵。

说实话这个性价比还是很高啊，在惠州。非常舒服，这一点就值得回头，早餐是差了点，能塞饱肚子吧。有停车场

酒店可以看海，不过附近在盖楼有点吵，小孩很喜欢房间的亲子主题装修。下楼步行100米就是沙滩，离天后宫那边也不远，挺方便。

建议大家不要去巽寮湾还住这个酒店，被人坑不说，还脏。东西丢了他们人捡了叫帮忙寄一下快递给我，我发红包给他们，他们不干还要我给500元寄快递。晕…现在的人怎么都这样？我是再也不会去了。
