这个价位很不错的选择，至少是我住过的性价比最高的，风景和房间设施都不错，干净卫生，房间大，就是热水器需要提前预热，用电的，不然洗澡就要等了，建议到酒店就把热水器温度调到最大，本来订了中航元屿海的看到这个就退了那边的，无比正确的选择😃离天后宫和沙滩不远，过去不用开车，走过去十几分钟吧，海边美食街还算实惠，不喝酒的人均消费80左右，打个滴滴回酒店也就七块钱，比巽寮镇上的酒店好很多，五星推荐。

就开了三个月左右，所以酒店里的设备家具甚至房间风格都比较新颖，房间风格简洁大气，空间超大，阳台也很大，大到可以跳舞打滚，打唯一缺点阳台只看到沙滩一点点，失望??

地理位置还好，背山面海。入住是因为看到评论是新营业的，今年9月才开始营业。我对酒店式公寓的要求就是一定要卫生和设施新。房间各种装修都是新的，看起来就干净简洁，满足我要求。原来是订了海景房，去到要求加钱升级到270°海景房，前台答应了。其实就是阳台是270度面海，但其实离海边还是很远。但胜在新，少人入住。

先回答问题吧。无早餐、不能加床、适合带孩子、位置好找，就在路边，步行海边十几分钟，有停车场。整体上还行，就是服务员偏上，公寓酒店应该为顾客考虑更多，大家来海边是度假的，但是衣架少、晾衣服的地方少。

酒店新装修，装修风格现代简约，比较喜欢，只是新装修还有些地方没有完全搞好，装修清洁整理还不够，阳台地板栏杆上多尘，且有装修污渍，阳台非常大，对海景，比较舒服
