  卫生环境都很好，表扬有三：一是电子锁，方便；二是空气净化机，舒服；三是小米电视开通会员，享受 最最吐槽的是，这个物业超级垃圾，都已经是住户了，还要20块钱停车费！而且收费杆临时搭建，超级小，我的小小a级车都蹭到轮毂了，非常不好进出。周边都是建筑工地，破破烂烂的，这个富力湾后期维护完全跟不上。

  公司搞团建定的这家别墅，真心给力，整个别墅装修的豪华时尚，配套设施也好，有射箭的地方，还有游泳池，进入大厅可以用金碧辉煌来形容，确实有“王室”的风范，房间宽敞明亮，卫生间干净整洁，床铺柔软舒适，阳台上放眼望去就是碧蓝的大海，心情超级放松，团建，家庭亲子值得推荐这家。

  朋友推荐的这家别墅，面朝大海，光线充沛，房间舒适豪华干净，很独特的设计风格，很有格调，厨房用品齐全，很适合度假。富力湾内配套齐全，吃喝玩乐一应俱全。最喜欢那个海上栈道，拍照好好看。管家态度非常好，热情地帮我们规划了游玩路线，有了他的攻略真是省去了不少时间。总体来说很满意。
