艺龙是史上最垃圾的也是最聪明的合伙骗子，千万别在艺龙订套房，千万别订6012房间，因为这个房间靠近电梯井，噪音巨大，还是低频噪音，整晚都是嗡嗡嗡！艺龙只显示没有其它房间，只有套房，都是套路

洗手间的门是坏的，关不上。淋浴把手坏的，调节不了水温。三楼就是一楼，一楼等同于负二楼。

酒店环境/地理位置还可以，但是服务、设施跟不上，下午3点入住酒店，卫生都还没搞好，等了近一个小时，洗澡水也不热，更离谱的空调设计位置相当不合理，12/31晚我们住的隔壁邻居开了空调，外挂在我们耳朵吵了一晚上，半夜1点多实在受不了，打电话给前台去协调，结果恶心的邻居根本不顾及我们的感受，照开了一晚的暖气，吵得我一夜无眠.....气爆了！我们住的还是豪华双人房都这样，可想而知，下次真不敢再恭维了！

这个酒店的居住环境，在罗浮山风景区来说还是相当不错的，空气好，也很安静。早餐也是非常丰富的。就是我住的8616房卫生间有积水问题，希望酒店方关注一下。我下次来还是会再次光顾的。
