住了八天，最后一个晚上没火机用，这么大的酒店给我找不出一个火机，刚开始上楼的时候，告诉前台，前台说送上来一个给我，过没一会又让我出去自己买，没有就早说，我就直接买了在上楼，光房费我都花了快两千块，得不来一个火机用。这个放一边，中途我有换个房间，住了三天，三天时间房卡没有一次能打开房门的，三天时间处理不好一个房卡。呵呵呵，睡醒一早就退房了，感觉不会在入住了。
