环境好！房间好！但景观差，一线烂楼景，像住在建筑工地中，还有说好2点入住但等到4点才有房间，9点半去吃早餐要排队等位十多分钟才有位，然后有服务员会过来说10点就收市不能用餐，这个是挺准时的，房间却不见他能准对入住。花了2000多来住这里真不值！

慕名而来，第一感觉环境非常好，酒店硬件设施也不错。经历过却让我很失望！住1期204房。晚上九点多钟洗澡一半就没热水，通知服务台十五分钟后才有服务员到场查勘，约半小时后有热水供应，飞速洗澡未完就又没热水了。第二天早上八点半却是没有冷水了，通知服务台十分钟左右来了个毫无服务意识的女性服务员，刚打开其中一个水龙头试水就说没问题。再过了十分钟后另一男性服务员，递上另一房卡（202房），被告知工程部还没有上班，可先到另一房间洗漱，即时崩溃！偌大的星级度假酒店，工程部竟然不是24小时工作！这是一种怎么样的服务意识和状态？！
这样的服务意识和管理水平，在市场竞争中如何立于不败之地？对得起高昂的房价吗？！
