酒店设施陈旧，老式电视机，没有有线也没有网络电视可看，厅和卧室各有一台电视，但只有一台电视有一两个频道有节目可看。更让人无法忍受的是所谓的豪华套房里面有老鼠串来串去，凌晨五点多被老鼠的叫声吵醒！太惊悚了！

酒店的地理位置不错,海鲜市场就在酒店旁，酒店房间的设施比较落后，但还是挺干净的，可能是淡季，游客比较少。如果酒店能提升一下房间硬件设施会比较好吸引住客，毕竟酒店的地理位置还是比较优越的。

酒店离海鲜市场近，靠海，出门吃饭方便。酒店前台服务人员态度好，房间比较大，唯一缺陷是没无线网，电视太老，没什么台。

首先，房间是用原来的ktv改装的，没有电话，没有WiFi！床是用按摩床改装的！连最基本的卫生纸也没有！！！电视也只有一个台！卫生间的门关不了。最尴尬的是那花洒，没有干湿分隔，一开水全部是湿的！最可爱的是，排水还是坏的，一地的水，站在水中央！！！除了位置是旺地之外，其他没一样好的。
