1:服务差，前台跟欠了她钱似的，态度非常不好，说话尖酸刻薄。2:停车难：周围只有一个停车场（步行街停车场），节假日基本都是满的。绕了很多圈才在农业银行门口找到车位。 好在房间还不错。位置也很好，楼下就是西湖了。大家入住自己衡量吧。

图片看起来挺漂亮，其实很一般，房间有点小，被子也潮潮的，而且被子上有污渍，感觉不太干净，窗外的风景也很差，是那种很破旧的小房子，优点是就在西湖边上，出行方便，也还算安静。
