真是一次想骂人的旅行，到了酒店，房间设施差不多说，一股强烈的霉味跟本让人无法入住。钱是不退的，可以理解。升级到海景房总可以吧?海景房门市价398元，我在网上订的是205，接理说补193元就可以了。事来了，酒店说只收到艺龙网给他们128元，我要升级最少要补270元。钱又不能退，找艺龙客服，艺龙客服61430接待了我，事情说清楚了。61430说让我等待她去调节。过了十几分说她的电话来了，说什么酒店要收什么管理费呀什么的，就是要交270才能升级。真想骂人…………!我还投诉电话，61430说了我这就是。…………哥们认了，为了不影响家人，笑着把差价交上，市场价398元，我住475元。艺龙再见!61430，愿你身体健康，笑口常开!

房间设施很差很糟糕，前台啥都不懂，携程上定了他们说查不到，没有防盗链，半夜服务员还打开我们房门。卧槽，我们用凳子和桌子抵住，晚上都不敢好好睡。厕所门是坏的。
