优点：地理位置方便，出门有公交车站，500米处有沃尔玛超市购物方便，周围有各类餐厅，就餐方便；房间简洁大方；服务员都很热情；
缺点：卫生间马桶圈有些松动，洗手池旁墙壁上没有可以挂毛巾的挂钩。
