这次住这家酒店太失望了，设施陈旧，柜子的门都关不上，插头也少，洗手间连抽风都没有，冲完凉全间都透不了气，地垫桌孑都脏脏的，说擦不掉，一开始要求要换房，说要加价一百多块，我以前订的二百多块的都比他高级，一晚三百多块的价格就这样的还五星级，太差劲了，之前看评价是15年装修过的，虽然老牌以为也不会很差，谁知一问只装修了高层一部分，其他都没装修，也太欺人了吧，无奈那天太晚就没在网上取消，不过周边环境还行，二三楼.有吃的方便，离西湖也不远，服务态度还行，服务员马上另擦洗了一遍桌子浴缸，反正一切都是90年代的装修吧，太差了！与价格太不相互了，这是我订过最差的酒店，给以后的朋友提个醒，还好被套没那么旧。
