总体来说还不错吧，唯一不满意的是，那么多房间都是空着的，唯独我订的三间，全给我安排在靠马路边，简直是一大败笔，去的朋友在拿房时一定要要求看到园景，不要马路边的，吵死人。再者就是只有房间有个池，然后泳池上面有个泡池，如果能像大观园那样很多泡池供游客泡就完美了。朋友说的，这个就只是热水而已，哈哈。

1.到时等很久，才办入住。br2.提前定还贵，当天入住价格反降了，套路。近两千元价格，200元的享受。br3.室外温泉只开泳池上几平方一块，没有温泉品种可言。br4.很多地方围住的。

晚上这边温度10度左右吧。房间没有暖气，半夜至整个上午洗手间都没有热水供应，是让我们洗冷水澡？客服一味是抱歉抱歉，没有实质性解决办法。住这就是为了享受，这么大个酒店这么基础的设施服务都没有，你好意思吗？

酒店各方面都还行，就是其实离南昆山还有挺远一段距离。周末旅行团什么的人很多，自助餐经常要排队。自助餐餐食性价比很一般，没什么特别的东西。在别墅里泡泡温泉，朋友聚会还行。
