从来没有住过这么差的酒店.设施简陋浴室厕所没有干湿分离.沙发几百年没洗过,热水也没有（开了热水器水有点热我老公脱了裤子准备洗发现冷水了于是穿上衣服再去阳台调水温,回来再脱衣服准备洗又冷水了,来回穿了三次衣服脱了两次）这个年代打着4星级的招牌还用手调的热水器还放阳台，酒店后来给我换了房间,开门一股很大的霉味，开灯时嘭一声还冒烟,地上很多小虫.有史以来住过最垃圾的酒店一夜没睡😀

环境非常的好啊！！交通便利，去海边距离也很近，附近还有很多吃喝玩乐的地方，环境简直就是五星级的标准，而且价格又那么优惠，不用收押金，主要是！！老板服务态度又非常的好！棒极了！发自肺腑的赞，好评不是刷出来的！！喜欢！！都不想走了！ 环境优雅 位置繁华 位置好找 设施不错 服务不错 位置好

酒店很高大上，价格也优惠，这一次和闺蜜，发小在这里玩的很开心。酒店管理员非常负责任，很详细的给我介绍，不得不说这里服务态度好！要说双月湾那个酒店好，就选途乐度假，这里交通方便，去沙滩很近，风景也不错。给32个赞 设施不错 高大上 卫生好 位置好找 环境优雅 服务不错

我是一家人出游的，基本上每年都去双月湾，订的都是万科。今次也一样，打开房门，一股好臭的味道，应该是房间不通风，经常关着的原因，还有设施坏了没人修，进房的一个灯泡坏了，冲凉房门是坏的，花洒也是坏的，都没人换
