公寓内设施还好，隔音实在是差，酒店外面就只一条路通向酒店，节假日的交通实在不敢恭维，楼盘内停车位严重少，乱停放多，保安基本没办法指挥。

房间真的不错，坐在飘窗、调椅上喝一杯，感觉超好，小区环境好，沙滩很近，就几分钟步程，沙滩海岸线很长，也挺干净的。湾景房向马路有点嘈，另外小区吃饭的选择不多，有点小贵，要打车到平海、港口镇上吃。
