住过两次了，酒店不错，装修很好，就是位置有些偏，好在现在叫车方便。但是也比较安静。房间的卫生很好。值得一住。

酒店客房总体满意。度假而来，第一次入住，感谢前台经理马小姐换房后免费升级，房间很满意，以后有机会会再来。这次度假为泳池，健身房而来，所以位置显得不重要。很遗憾，健身房太简陋，不知道如何形容，室外泳池和小区共用，这样就感觉不好了。泳池成人区水浅，周边环境一般，维护一般，管理一般。室内泳池服务小哥人很好，客气有礼貌，热情主动。特意表扬一下。二楼中餐厅是最大的败笔，晚餐叫了酸菜鱼，吃了几十年酸菜鱼，虽然极为不正宗，可也不算难吃，问题是酸菜鱼里面居然有蛆虫，最后投诉取消了，虽然没收费，但是这样档次的酒店，让我感到很失望，这是街边小餐厅都不常遇到的，现在小餐厅卫生都很注意了。可见餐厅管理存在大问题，事实告诉我餐厅员工做事不用心。另外，客人不多，但是高声吵闹喧哗，没有注意到这是公共场所，餐厅服务员也没提醒一下，全部无所谓的态度，这在高级酒店中是很不常见的现象。已经给我大排档的感觉，好在客房给了高分，感觉还可以。

酒店里面很漂亮，房间很大，就是位置有点尴尬，是在城市里面，周围有点荒凉。酒店人员非常有礼貌，特别是早餐时段的经理，还给我们介绍早餐品种，赞一个。有室内游泳池，但室外的是对外开放，人员稍显杂乱

这边房间挺大 宝宝爬来爬去很开心 被子床铺很软很舒服 就是我不喜欢高枕头 前台客服态度很好 看到我带小孩马上帮忙安排了一张婴儿床 值得赞扬 二楼晚餐很好吃 我爱吃蒜香排骨 南瓜芋头煲
