真的不错，价格不贵，位置还不错，关键在一堆待开发小区最里面，区域是很棒的，就是交通不算便利，以后霞涌这一片都开发好了就不错啦，值得推荐！

电梯太少用的人太多太慢了，坐一趟电梯最少也得10分钟。可能星期六较多人入住，用电超负荷，晚上竟然停了两次电。以后星期六绝对不会去
