去之前确定好的房，确定好的楼层，去之后说热水器坏了，没高楼层，住的房一般般离沙滩比较远，而且住房没有停车票，还说我们订的房不含停车票，我都晕了

万科双月湾是一个楼盘，里面有洋房、别墅。其中部分房子被出租（或出售？）给数十家的私人旅馆。所以进入万科的楼盘，就会看到许许多多的私人旅馆招牌。基本上选择哪一家的差异不会太大，因为都是住在万科的楼盘里。差异主要在于不同旅馆的卫生搞得干不干净、是否海景房间等。这家也不错，老板娘挺热心的。
