首先，艺龙网上订的价格是385，结果艺龙客服电话说订单不成功，要加价到430，最后只能照办，（这个价不行你干嘛在网上挂呢？）就这点先给个差评，其次，到酒店办入住，酒店服务员说给免费升级为270度海景房，结果上楼一看，是四楼的180度海景房，而且有一边还被挡了，下去和服务员理论，她说从公寓换到酒店已经算升级了，前后说的不符，这是第二个差评。第三个差评是酒店下没有停车位叫我去别的地方停，自费40块钱。其他都还好，尤其是酒店位置特别好。

感受一般，晚上空调坏了，上半夜根本无法睡觉。水停了，头洗了一半，海水还没有冲干净，最坑爹的是停车尽然还要收费及住宿无发票，态度还不好，没有一丝笑容。

去双月湾超堵车，酒店位置不错，下去就是海滩，但要分清楚虹海湾酒店和虹海湾度假酒店，前者是酒店。后者是公寓，服务很一般，价位还不低（两晚1370大床1490双床）电梯超堵，停车不免费，酒店前坪一天40，地下车库18，但车位也超紧张，退房时无发票，问什么时候有前台答复不确定，真的无语，最后结论：淡季时还可以，旺季还是直接住檀悦豪生吧（如何预算足够）

今天是2017/7/29，带小孩来度假，非常糟糕的体验，给你房卡后，几乎没人管理状态，6号楼，一部电梯坏了，只剩一部电梯，8个小时没人修。造成30层楼的游客全部在下面等待，每个人排队上电梯超过半小时。有人直接走上去。36℃高温天爬楼梯。
