环境不好，没有人来收拾房屋，前台服务员态度差，原本在网上看到两房一厅，多张床，打电话咨询说房间都有一间房都有两张床（1.2/米）了解完才订房的，到了目的地，前台说没有，每间房都是1.8床，这不是骗人吗？旅游旺季都不可以这样骗消费者吧？这次旅游非常不满意，不开心，这间酒店太让人失望了。

入住发现停车收费40元/天，房间设施超差，厕所板污迹累累，洗手台好多脏东西，被子潮湿，枕头黄黄的。没服务可言，夏天来5百多一晚竟然这样子，心塞

服务不怎么好，第一次在网上订房，钱也付了，订单显示成功了居然前台说没有我的订单，过了快两个小时才说又有我的。晚上十点等到十二点。折腾人。下次不要在艺龙上订房间了。
