地理位置优越，临近天后宫商业街，附近很多饭店，吃饭购物都便利，最大不足就是晚上噪音很大，玻璃窗隔音效果太差，住3楼都会明显听到马路边汽车经过时的轰鸣声，早上还有各种货车陆续经过轰轰轰的声音，除了隔音差之外，卫生和设施都很好。
