太太太吵了。房间隔音不好。而且靠路边。凌晨就有大巴车。吵死了。就自助早餐还能稍微满意。总体来说不值得这个价。

雙月灣本來就很遠很遠 可是這個酒店蠻近海灘 樓下也有燒烤 可是有點坑吧 沙灘的沙非常細滑

1、入住办理时间过长，11点多来，下午两点半才办理完入住；2、前台服务人员服务水平、素质都有待提升。咨询有没有高楼层房间，回答极不耐烦，说“400多间房间不光打扫你那一间”；3、秩序混乱，指引不明，往往排队到跟前才跟你说，这边不办理，去隔壁搬离，又重新排队，很浪费时间（客人对此有抱怨，前台员工还给白眼，真的是够了）。4、电话客服随意承诺，并没有按承诺履行。跟前台协调换房未果，电话咨询，说会尽量协调换房，然而并没有下文（有没有协调成功是不是都应该都回复电话给客户呢？而不是说了就当*话，放完就完了。）一言蔽之，不想影响心情，慎重选择。是一家只懂得节假日升高放假，相应的人员配备和服务都远远跟不上的酒店。
