住了不止一次，空调没效果，一次定三天住了一天，另一次订四天住了三天。房费还不能退。沟通起来服务态度还差。落了一个充电器回复结果说是很多充电器到没有我的。

用了艺龙几年，第一次订房确认后说没房间，只能安排来这里。感觉一般般，带着小孩也不是很方便。不过好在楼下就是商场。

位置不错，就是好难找，外面没块牌子，东问西问才找到前台。几乎没有什么客户服务，停车票都没有，一晚上要自己出30元。房间里空调也有点吵，而且同一楼层里有住家的，有美容机构，人员非常杂。
