卫生环境一般，餐具就是一个电磁炉和一个锅，就只能开个火锅，比较简陋。房间管家人不错。总体感觉是一般，低于预期期望值，有点失望😞

平时很少点评，但这次体验很不愉快，住的是A1区89号别墅，没有热水～晚上八点多反映前台，到12点半也没有解决，硬着头皮洗冻水～刚好雨天，冷啊！

第二次入住，适合一家人来玩。小孩在泳池可以玩好几次，孩子很开心。但是卫生打扫很一般，床单感觉不太干净，睡醒第二天大腿被虫子咬了。希望卫生和软件服务能跟上。
