环境不错，是冲着有私家泳池而去的。整体的管理不过关，服务员的服务质素不高，酒店提供的浴巾竟然会掉毛的。同一个酒店要分全球候鸟和惠州候鸟来管理，往来别墅与接待处的电屏车碰到客人第一句就是问是哪个房号的以便区分谁管理，让客人很不服舒。酒店的早餐是88元一位，不没有88元的价值，仅提供早餐品种少的可怜。
