谢谢前台Sam热情的服务，还有每位佳兆业万怡酒店的员工，每位都很热心，热情的微笑，美丽的风景，舒适的房间，安静又干净的环境，再一次感觉到了五星级的服务品质。从房间可以看到窗外美丽的风景，感谢Sam照顾老人和孩子同行的特殊情况，老人和孩子住得很开心，真的是物超所值，干净舒适的环境，以后来博罗一定会再来。(≧∇≦)

能在这个地方有高端品牌酒店这一点还是比较惊喜的，所以酒店设施和自身环境都很不错。酒店周边感觉也是当地中高端住宅区，就是方圆之内好像没什么餐饮娱乐的地方，所以我们晚餐是在酒店内解决的，只是能说品牌方还需加强对服务人员的培训，感觉经验太浅，服务还不够专业。酒店早餐挺棒的，丰富。最后，因为地区原因，房间潮湿能理解，但被子潮睡觉感觉真的不舒服，建议酒店可以考虑采购除湿机安于房间内。
