五星级的环境，五星级的服务，住贵宾楼层还有自助晚餐，还会给每个房间送一份糖水，酒店室外室内泳池都有。玩得很开心

非常糟糕。完全达不到五星标准。
在这里宴请客人，中餐厅上菜速度非常慢，而且顺序乱七八糟，一来就给我们上了盘青菜，餐前凉菜竟然是中间才上来，主菜等到最后大家都吃饱了才来。饭毕领导同事一致认为不会再来。
住房也是，开的行政房，事实上就是普通房间，却按照行政房标准收费。在入住的时候已经说好了要开发票，信息都留清楚了，离店好几天了还没有收到，反复打了几次电话才补发，这样的工作纰漏连一句抱歉都没有。

经典星级酒店，房间布置雅致舒适，卫生间尤其大，是亮点，还有迎宾水果和软饮。房间能看到日落，景致也不错。早餐选择很多，一家三口，都能很好满足。亲子出游，酒店设施很重要，小孩最喜欢游泳池，室内是恒温池，还有一个温水池，40度左右，泳池配套的更衣室也很布置得很舒服。室外是露天，要下午四点后游才比较合适。微微不足的是，距离闹区还是有些距离哈。但总体而言，性价比很高。最重要的是，这家酒店当时艺龙的价格几乎是全网最低，给艺龙点个赞！
