老人家房间的热水壶是坏的，打电话到前台等了好久都没服务员来，要老人家下楼去前台投诉才有人来，而且换到第三个热水壶能用。房间没有备用的被子。二月春节，房间非常闷热，必须开空调，被子又非常不透气。小孩睡了一晚马上发烧了。
这房型唯一好的地方就是有阳台，望湖，有点景色。入房退房的服务效率和态度还行。停车位比较紧张。
一楼的茶楼比较方便解决早餐问题。味道不算差，过得去。
世事就是这样，有好有不好，看你的需求与运气。
