对于一个2004年开业的酒店，本来就没有抱太大希望，但是进入很有惊喜，管理都是很到位，就是前台不够亲切，冰冰冷的感觉。房间设备虽然有历史感，但是很到位，让人感觉亲切。挺多外国人来住的一个酒店。晚上吃饭服务也是很好，但是上菜速度比较慢。早上早餐在一楼的茶楼，图片可以看到，两个早餐9选6，分量很足，吃得饱饱的，中饭也没有吃。

上夜班的大堂人员服务态度非常恶劣，因为晚上隔壁住了一个要出嫁的新娘，接新娘的闹门，敲门，踢门，尖叫声，吵得我无法入睡，从三点开始就一直吵到七点，中间我打了两次电话去大堂，要求他们处理，第一次打去他只是嗯，好，第二次打去可能有过了快一个小时的时间，这次他听完我说后，还是嗯了一声，我还在说，他就居然挂我电话了，什么态度嘛？我吵醒你，你不听我说完就挂我电话，我给人家吵了几个小时呢？真的气死我，这样的服务态度隔壁不适合做服务行业，我基本每个月都会在那里订几天的房间，遇到这样的男人，态度这么差，喜欢睡觉就不要做服务行业了，回家去做少爷
