28楼客厅景观可以看到海，但是前台和停车差好远，绕了半天才找到前台，只能先停车到商业地库，办理入住再开车到公寓地库，路边没有临时停车。服务基本没有，晚上电视也看不了，Wi-Fi也连不上，还有蜘蛛网，总之感觉打理不及时，没有前台功能，周边吃饭的少，还有楼栋没建完。 体验很一般。
